A friend and I decided to get away from the city and head up to Cape Breton to get some fresh air and get the snowshoes wet.
This is the part of the Brad D’Or lakes outside my friend’s family cottage. It’s been about ten years since it was this frozen over so we decided to take a walk out to to the ice. It looks colder than it was, it was quite pleasant with the sun, around the freezing mark.
