If there’s one thing Halifax knows how to do it’s shutdown completely in the face of an impending storm. It’s amazing when you see it. Today’s storm looks like it’s bringing rain, freezing rain, sleet, snow, and a bit of wind for good measure.
I enjoy walking through the city when it’s empty like this. It feels like I’m the lone survivor of some overnight apocalypse.
